MFSA is a partner of the Poor People's Campaign, and on June 20, 2020, MFSA was able to participate in hosting the digital Mass National Poor People's Assembly and Moral March on Washington.  The weekend's three broadcasts have been viewed by over 2.5 million people on FaceBook alone.  Over 300,000 letters based on the Jubilee Policy Platform were sent to Governors and members of Congress.  In addition, there were actions taken from 142 countries, making this National event into a Global one.

We recognize the June 20, 2020 as only the beginning of seeking equality and demanding justice of the US government.  We recognize this as a movement and not a moment, and the continued work of organizing and mobilizing is critical for change.  To connect and unite with the 140 million poor and low income people in the US, please register for your State Campaign's virtual Town Hall.
